Welcome to Artify AI. By creating an account or using the app you agree to these terms.

The service

Artify lets you generate images from text and photos using AI. You need an account (Sign in with Apple or Google). The app is free to use by watching rewarded ads; optional credit packs and an ad-free Pro subscription are available.

Credits, ads, and purchases

• Creating art costs credits. You earn credits by watching rewarded ads, a daily gift, or by purchasing them.
• Pro subscription (weekly, monthly, or yearly) removes ads and includes a monthly credit allowance. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel anytime in your App Store account settings.
• Credits and consumable purchases are non-refundable except where required by law or by Apple's policies.

Acceptable use

You agree not to create content that is illegal, sexual content involving minors, non-consensual intimate imagery, harassment, or that infringes others' rights. We use automated and manual moderation and may refuse or remove content and suspend accounts that violate these rules.

Your content

You keep ownership of the prompts and photos you provide and the images you generate, subject to the rights of the underlying AI models. You are responsible for the content you create and how you use it. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the service (process, store, and display your creations back to you).

Availability

Image generation runs on our own hardware and may occasionally be slow or unavailable. We aim to notify you when a creation is ready if it takes a while.

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is". AI output may be inaccurate or unexpected. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages.

Changes & termination

We may update these terms or the app, and may suspend accounts that break the rules. You can stop using Artify and delete your account at any time.
