Artify AI ("Artify", "we", "us") lets you create AI images from text and your own photos. This policy explains what we collect and why. We keep it short and honest.

Who we are

Information we collect

• Account. When you sign in with Apple or Google we receive a stable user identifier and, if you allow it, your name and email. This is used to secure your account, sync your credits, and prevent abuse.
• Creations. The text prompts you write and photos you upload are sent to our image-generation service to produce your result, and are stored so you can see your history and so we can operate and troubleshoot the service.
• Purchases. Artify offers no purchases — the app is free and ad-supported. We never collect payment information.
• Advertising. Free use is supported by rewarded ads served by Google AdMob. AdMob may use device identifiers to deliver and measure ads. Until you grant tracking permission, only non-personalized ads are requested.
• Notifications. If you allow notifications, we use a device token to tell you when a creation is ready.
• Diagnostics. Basic technical logs (timestamps, error messages) to keep the service reliable.

Photos & face data

Some Artify features (such as restyling a selfie or trying a new hair or makeup look) work on photos you choose to upload, and those photos may contain your face. Here is exactly how that data is handled:

• What we collect. Only the photos you explicitly choose to upload, and the AI images generated from them. We do not scan your photo library and we do not collect camera data in the background.
• No face recognition. We do not perform facial recognition or identification, and we do not create faceprints, face templates, or any other biometric identifiers. Your photo is processed as a whole image by the AI model to produce the artwork you requested — nothing about your face is measured, extracted, or matched against anything.
• Use. Uploaded photos are used for one purpose only: generating the image you asked for. They are never used for advertising, profiling, or training AI models.
• Storage. Photos are transmitted over an encrypted connection to our own image-generation server, operated by us. They are not stored with any third party.
• Sharing. Uploaded photos and generated images are not shared with any third parties. No advertising partner ever receives your photos.
• Retention. Uploaded photos and generated images are automatically deleted from our server within 30 days. Deleting your account in the app (Profile → Delete Account) removes your photos, generated images, and account data from our server immediately.
• Your device. Creations saved to your own device stay on your device and remain entirely under your control.

How we use it

To generate your images, run your account and credits, deliver notifications, show ads that keep the app free, prevent fraud/abuse, and comply with the law. We do not sell your personal information.

Sharing

We share data only with the service providers that make the app work — Apple (sign-in, payments, notifications), Google (AdMob ads, and Firebase for notifications/analytics), and our own image-generation infrastructure. They process data on our behalf under their own terms.

Retention

Uploaded photos and generated images are automatically deleted from our server within 30 days. Account data is kept while your account is active. You can delete your account at any time in the app (Profile → Delete Account) — this immediately removes your account, remaining credits, and all server-side photos and creations. You can also email us to request deletion.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may request access, correction, or deletion of your data, and object to certain processing. Email burakkayadeveloper@gmail.com and we'll help.

Children

Artify is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country). We do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes

We'll update this page if our practices change and revise the date above.
